Guatemala: shared room, private bath; Tuk Tuk

This lovely ground-floor room was named for a large original art work by a local painter featuring the small motorized vehicles known as tuk tuks that transport people into town. The room has a large built-in desk and an abundance of hand-crafted art. 

The room faces a wall of windows looking out to a private patio with hanging basket chair and built in bench seating.  Patio leads to the bathroom, with more great views. Tuk Tuk has two queen beds. This is the one room on the property where cell phone service is poor, but you can connect with no problem on the private patio just outside. This room has curtains to block the morning sun. Tuk tuk is the one room on the property with poor wifi access, but wifi is available on the patio right outside.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

$500 of your payment is considered your deposit and is non-refundable. If you need to cancel before the 90 day window, you will be refunded your trip payment, excluding the non-refundable $500 deposit. If you cancel in less than 90 days before the trip starts, no refunds will be issued, no exceptions. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance should you experience any unforeseen events that cause you to cancel the retreat. In the event the trip needs to be cancelled for unforeseen circumstances by your trip organizers, your deposit and trip payment will be fully refunded, excluding a $100 admin fee.
