Booking & Cancellation Policy

$500 of your payment is considered your deposit and is non-refundable. If you need to cancel before the 90 day window, you will be refunded your trip payment, excluding the non-refundable $500 deposit. If you cancel in less than 90 days before the trip starts, no refunds will be issued, no exceptions. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance should you experience any unforeseen events that cause you to cancel the retreat. In the event the trip needs to be cancelled for unforeseen circumstances by your trip organizers, your deposit and trip payment will be fully refunded, excluding a $100 admin fee.
